How to book

Reservar su apartamento on line en Barcelona con Med-aparts es muy facil y completamente seguro. Sólo necesita completar su reserva totalmente segura on line, una tarjeta de crédito válida y una dirección de correo electrónico.

La mayoría de nuestros apartamentos en Barcelona se pueden reservar directamente a través de nuestra web en dos simples pasos:

STEP 1. request availability and confirmation. Please, check the availability of the apartments in Barcelonafordays by introducing your interesting dates (arrival, departure), number of people, destination and areas (Barcelona: gothic center, barceloneta center, all areas etc.) You will get a list of apartments available on your interesting dates including all the reservations details (price, reservation fee, etc.) as well as a description and pictures. You will be giving details of the apartment with the total cost of the stay. This price includes basic price up to 2 people, additional extra persons, seasonal price adjustments, discounts, local tax and cleaning fee.

STEP 2. booking & payment. First press on 'Book now' on the apartment of your interest and complete the online booking form. To book the apartment we will charge a 20% reservation deposit. This is done by credit card. The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining part of the payment 80 % must be paid in CASH upon arrival.

Once you complete and confirm the information requested, click on 'Buy Now' and complete the information requested by Paypal (security system for credit card payment).. The apartment will not booked nor confirmed until we receive this receipt.

For credit card payments other then by Paypal, a Credit Card Authorization form, send by Barcelonaforsays on request of the client, has to be filled out and returned signed, as soon as possible to us by fax or Email together with a copy of your passport or identity card. The reservation will only be FULLY EFFECTIVE when the signed Credit Card Authorization form for the 20% booking deposit and the copy of your passport or identity card is received by fax or mail. Once we received both the booking confirmation will be send to the client.

Remember that there is a 3 night minimum. For short reservations of 3 days we may ask for a full payment by credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that the 20% reservation deposit is non-refundable. For fully paid reservations please see our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions section.

Note: We strongly urge you to carefully read all 'Terms and Conditions' applying to your stay in our apartments which is provided for your convenience upon booking confirmation and which you can read online by clicking here terms and conditions.

Some of our Barcelona Apartment requires the owner availability confirmation before you can make the final reservation deposit payment. In this case, after you fill up the on line booking form you will receive within 24 hours an email confirming the availability and only then you could proceed with the deposit payment, using the secured “PayPal” payment system for completion of the booking process.
